Abstract

Encephalic death lead to an important inflammatory syndrome of systemic response affecting ail organs and responsible for part of their primary dysfunction and their lower survival after transplantation. Acute kidney failure is one of these consequences, it can be the cause of post-transplant complications. ln our case-contrai study we have demonstrated early deterioration of renal function in the subject in the brain death state, the occurrence of this acute deterioration of

renal function results from the addition of hemodynamic, neuro-hormonal and inflammatory factors, data confirmed elsewhere in the literature.
